Returns (refunds)

If you are not satisfied with Lupicad.com, please let us know. As per our return policy you have 07 days to return an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we will not entertain any return or refund.

To be eligible for return and refund, the product must be returned in re-saleable condition. That means the product must be sealed and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original packaging and must be returned in the same label.
